Favorite part about the job? My involvement in reducing our great country’s’ dependence on foreign fossil fuels.
Your first job ever? Newspaper route, The Long Island Press. I remember my dad and I folding the papers and driving through the neighborhood in a 1973 VW beetle convertible, with me tossing the papers from the car, with the top down. What a blast it was. Due to that first job, I became a pretty good pitcher in baseball.
Favorite book? The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene
Favorite movie? Angels with Dirty Faces with James Cagney
Comfort food? Pizza
What's in your car CD player right now? Coldplay/A Rush of Blood to The Head
Next journey? New York City
Favorite Virginia vacation spot? The Chesapeake Bay Bridge
First political memory? My dad taking me into a voting booth with him.
Whom do you admire and why? Robert Catell, he had a vision and made it a successful reality.
Best advice you ever got? If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.
If you could have dinner with any one currently living, whom would it be and why? T.Boone Pickens, he represents who I am going to be in the future, a wealthy, mild-mannered entrepreneur.
Describe a perfect day. The day when America stops sending our treasure to foreign nations for fuel.
One thing most people might be surprised to learn about you? Even though you may have more prestigious degrees than I do, my business savvy and ability to seal multi billion dollar deals, has amazed me. My drive and determination to succeed is relentless.
Ambition, political or otherwise? To lead Atlantic Wind Energy to the top of the alternative energy industry, to become a helpful world philanthropist and remain a fiscal conservative voice of reason in state and local politics.

If you could have dinner with any one currently living, whom would it be and why? Madeline Albright, she’s amazing, a real woman who has done amazing things.
Describe a perfect day. 1) Hit the gym hard; 2)Starbucks for NYT and Café Mocha (grande, skinny, half-calf, no whip, extra hot) take it all to the dog park with my black lab mix Sadie; then movie with my daughter; then couch time reading, surfing the net, and watching CNN
One thing most people might be surprised to learn about you? I was home-schooled after sixth grade.
Ambition, political or otherwise? I want a career in public service, that’s what fulfills me.
