Linda Ault, Charles City, director of quality management for the John Randolph Medical Center. Has held community leadership positions at military posts overseas, including post chairman of Red Cross Volunteers, representative to the American Women’s Activities Germany Conference and president of the Officers and Civilian Women’s Club. Twice president of the PTA.

Rosanna Bencoach, Richmond, management analyst for the Department of Juvenile Justice. Has worked on campaigns as a volunteer or as a paid staffer. Member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
As of 2009 Rosanna serves as the General Registrar for New Kent County.

Zina Bleck, Reston, management liaison officer for Royal Australian Air Force. President and executive producer of the Reston Community Players. Vice-president of chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Kandy Brooks-Hilliard, Stafford, assistant director of The Childcare Network. Chairperson of leadership committee of the Virginia Alliance of Family Child Care Associations. Served as state public policy chairperson for the Virginia Association of Early Childhood Education.

Sandra Bushue, Arlington, manager of legislative affairs for law firm. Member of the Fiscal Affairs Commission and the Northern Virginia CAC for Transportation Planning.

Dan Cawley, Norfolk, creative director for public relations agency. Producer of Greater Hampton Roads Crime Line Telethon, marketing committee advisor to United Way of Southeastern Virginia.

John Cosgrove, Chesapeake, program manager at Oceana Naval Air Station (Virginia Beach). Chairman of the Republican Party of Chesapeake, board member of the Chesapeake Crime Line.

John Davidson, Charlottesville, lawyer. Served on editorial board of Virginia Law Review.

John Foust, McLean, lawyer. Boy Scouts cub master, director of Timberly South Homeowners Association.

Patricia Gammon, Richmond, mutual fund transfer specialist. Served as PTA district director of seven counties and as president of the Richmond Association of Banks and Brokers. Member of the 7th District Democratic State Central Committee.

David Hallock, Richmond, lawyer. Served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Virginia’s Cavalier Daily. President of the Cavalier Daily Alumni Association, member of the Student Legal Forum of UVa. Law.

Bill Hastings, Chesterfield County, school teacher. Elected as Director of the Soil and Water Conservation District for Chesterfield County. Was one of Virginia’s representatives on the Citizens’ Advisory Committee for the Chesapeake Bay.

Pamela Hoffler-Riddick, Norfolk, director of the Department of Research, Testing and Statistics, Norfolk Public Schools. Recipient of the Civitan Club’s "Outstanding City Employee of the Year" award in 1997. Board member of the Urban League, the CIVIC Leadership Institute, and the State Board for the Visually Handicapped.

David Hyatt, McLean, senior vice-president of public and government affairs, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Twice elected president of the Foreign Correspondents Club of Thailand. Member of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce and the American Society of Association Executives.

Nancy Jackson, Vienna, special assistant to president of homebuilding company. Board member and past president of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association, board member of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, the Ronald McDonald House of Northern Virginia, and the Northern Virginia Republican Business Forum. Gubernatorial appointment to the Virginia Housing and Community Development Board.

Derek Jones, Charlottesville, director of the Horizon Institute for Policy Solutions. Member of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Children and Youth Commission and of the Thomas Jefferson Sustainability Council. On governing board of Bright Stars.

Doug Jones, Alexandria, owner of rental business. Past president and current chairman of the board of Mt. Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce, vice-chairman of the Mt. Vernon district Republican party, vice president of the Woodley Hills PTA. Board member of the Mt. Vernon Community Coalition and the Friends of River Farm.

Jay Kessler, Charlottesville, senior project manager for general contracting business. Graduate of Charlottesville-Albemarle Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.

Robert Kirby, Chesapeake, president of mechanical contracting firm. Board member of the Builders Exchange and the Tidewater District - Associated General Contractors of America. Chairman of church pastoral council.

Jeff McKay, Alexandria, chief of staff for member of Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. Precinct captain for the Fairfax County Democratic Committee and member of the Mt. Vernon - Lee Chamber of Commerce.

Anthony McLean, Richmond, assistant operations manager, state Department of Emergency Services. Co-captain of the Branchwood Subdivision Community Watch.

Ellen Oliver, Ashburn, vice chair of Loudoun County School Board. Has served as vice president of the Ashburn Village Community Association and the Zonta Club of Fairfax and currently serves on the executive board of the Ashburn Elementary School PTA.

Marianne Radcliff, Chester, governmental affairs for Virginia Department of Aviation. Member of Princeps (Longwood College leadership society) and the National Rifle Association.

Kimberly Richardson, Collinsville, lawyer. Secretary/treasurer of the Martinsville-Henry County Bar Association. Winner of the Wapner, Newman and Wigrizer award for trial advocacy.

Gregory Schuckman, Springfield, public affairs director for American Association of Engineering Societies. Member of the Alexandria Economic Opportunities Commission, the Council of Engineering and Scientific Society Executives and the Presidential Classroom for Young Americans.

Mark Sickles, Springfield, executive director of the Dredging Contractors of America. Chair of the Fairfax County Democratic Committee, vice chair of the Fairfax County Public Library Board of Trustees.

Craig Smith, Midlothian, policy analyst for Department of Conservation and Recreation. Board member of the Cooling Assistance Coalition and the Environmental Committee of the American Lung Association.

Diane Waltrip, Reston, retired insurance consultant. Governor’s appointment to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Advisory Committee and county board appointment to the Visitors and Tourism Commission. Guest faculty member at the Women’s Campaign School at Yale.

Denise Wise, Richmond, coordinator of International Society of Heart and Lung Transplants. Chairperson of the Speakers Bureau Committee for the Black Task Force/MOTTEP and coordinator of the One Church One Child Program.
